Replacement parts are specific to the model and model revision of your Hugo® product.
To order extra parts you will need to find the serial number, model number and revision number of your rollator, located on the crossbar beneath the seat.

Replacement parts are specific to the model and model revision. To determine which replacement part is needed for your rollator, locate the serial number, model number and revision number on the cross bar under the seat (see photo).

What is the correct sidebar position when the rollator is open?
Users should always check the cross bars/sidebars before using the rollator. Ensure the sidebars are in the proper extended position when the rollator is open.
**Important Note for models manufactured without a locking mechanism – Keep the sidebars extended when the unit is open.
How do you lock the brakes?
Your Hugo® rollator-walker can be put into a brake mode so you do not need to have your hands on the brake grips. The brakes can be locked by pushing the brake lever down, away from the handle bar, until you feel a slight click (see photo).
To release the locked brake, simply pull the lever back up.
